Shipping policy

We ship within the Netherlands. Other EU countries follow later.

Made to order. Each jar is part of a named batch. You reserve jars, the batch is produced, and we ship when it is ready. We ship within one working day after the batch has fermented.

Cost. Shipping is included in the price. One jar €18.90, each additional jar in the same parcel €15.00.

Delivery. Parcels normally arrive within 1–3 working days of dispatch. You receive a dispatch email with tracking.

Storage. Keep your ginger in the fridge. Storage instructions and the filling date are on the jar.
