Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed with Parrhesia Fermentery (KvK 50719106) via this website.

Orders. An order is a reservation for jars from a named batch. It is confirmed by email. Prices include VAT and shipping within the Netherlands. Nothing is charged when you reserve. Payment follows once the batch is fully reserved.

Products. Our products are living, unpasteurised fermented foods. Ingredients, allergens and storage instructions are stated on the product page and the label. Read them before ordering.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds. See our Shipping policy, Purchase options cancellation policy and Refund policy.

Complaints. Email info@phfm.nl. We respond within two working days and aim to resolve any complaint within 14 days.

Law. Dutch law applies. Disputes are brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
